Reaktor Ecosystem has co-founded its first company in the Netherlands, four months after opening the Reaktor Ecosystem Hub in Amsterdam in May 2026. GAIA Technology Systems BV is an AI-native software development consultancy based in Amsterdam, bringing cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and data and AI under one delivery model.

At GAIA, one delivery team is accountable for the cloud platform, the software, and the data and AI work. The company focuses on three industries the founders know from their own careers: retail, life sciences, and BFSI (banking, financial services, and insurance).
Founders Mark Booster, CEO at GAIA, and Erik Meijer, co-founder at GAIA, each bring more than a decade of experience in enterprise cloud, data, and AI in the Benelux market, spanning sales leadership and building new business from scratch.
