Realfiction Holding AB (publ) ("Realfiction" or the "Company") today announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO2, which were issued in connection with the Company's rights issue of units announced on 28 May 2025. A total of 1,230,126 warrants of series TO2, corresponding to a subscription rate of approximately 61.5 percent, were exercised for subscription of 1,230,126 new shares in Realfiction. The subscription price per share was SEK 0.354, corresponding to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average share price on Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the period 31 August 2026 up to and including 14 September 2026. Realfiction will thereby receive approximately SEK 435,465 before issue costs through the exercise of warrants of series TO2.
Number of shares, share capital and dilution
Through the exercise of warrants of series TO2, the number of shares in the Company will increase by 1,230,126 shares, from 23,976,431 shares to 25,206,557 shares, and the share capital will increase by SEK 123,012.60, from SEK 2,397,643.10 to SEK 2,520,655.70, corresponding to a dilution effect of approximately 4.88 percent.
