Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Nordic Technology Group AS (the "Company") on 23 June 2026 regarding the agreements entered into by the Company to strengthen the capital structure and support growth in Hammertech AS and Wavetrain Systems AS and the increase of the Company's share capital.
The share capital increase pertaining to the new shares in the transaction has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 830,804.43220339 divided into 196,069,846 shares each with a par value of NOK 0.00423728813559322.
