Relais Group Oyj: Portuguese investor Oxy Capital increases its stake in Relais Group to above 5%

Oxy Capital, a successful long-term investor across public and private markets based in Lisbon, has acquired a stake of more than 5% in Relais Group Plc on October 23rd (see Stock Exchange Release published on October 23, 2025).
