<p class="prs-announcement__byline">25.8.2025 19:02:24 CEST | Green Minerals AS | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state</p><p>Oslo, 25 August 2025 – Hans Chistian Anderson has informed Green Minerals as (the Company”) that he has decided to resign from his position as a member of the Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective immediately.</p><p>The Chairman of the Board Ståle Rodahl, expressed his gratitude to Mr Anderson for his contribution to Green Minerals over the last few years.
