15.5.2023 15:00:00 EEST | Nordic Lights Group Oyj | Resolutions of extraordinary general meetingNordic Lights Group Corporation &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;COMPANY RELEASE &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;May 15, 2023 at 3.00 p.m. EEST&nbsp;Resolutions by Nordic Lights Group Corporation's Extraordinary General Meeting &nbsp;The Extraordinary General Meeting of Nordic Lights Group Corporation was held today on 15 May 2023 at event venue Symposion in Hotel Kämp, Helsinki, Finland. The Extraordinary General Meeting supported all the proposals presented to the meeting.&nbsp;The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved that the monthly remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors elected by the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 20 April 2023 be paid in proportion to the length of their term and that no remuneration is paid to the members of the Board of Directors to be elected for the term of office commencing at the closing of the Extraordinary General Meeting and ending at the closing of the next Annual General Meeting.&nbsp;The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved that the number of members of the Board of Directors be four (4). Amit Patel, Damian Olesnycky, Kerry A.
