RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ): Inleder omnoteringsprocess inför fortsatt notering på Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Med anledning av det tidigare kommunicerade omvända förvärvet är RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ) ("Bolaget" eller "RBV") under observationsstatus på Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Eftersom förvärvet av Equity Maga Ltd., under namnändring till Swemar Invest Ltd., innebär en väsentlig förändring av Bolagets verksamhet krävs en ny noteringsprocess för RBV på Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Bolagets fortsatta notering på Nasdaq First North Growth Market förutsätter en ny noteringsprocess som omgående kommer att inledas. Vid ett godkännande från Nasdaq kommer en bolagsbeskrivning att offentliggöras. Bolaget kommer att löpande informera marknaden om den fortsatta utvecklingen.

Due to the previously communicated reverse acquisition, RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ) ("the Company" or "RBV") has been under observation status on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. As the acquisition of Equity Maga Ltd., which is changing its name to Swemar Invest Ltd., represents a material change to the Company's operations, a new listing process for RBV on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is required.
The Company's continued listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market requires a new listing process, which will be initiated as soon as possible. Following approval from Nasdaq, a company description will be published and the Company will continuously keep the market updated on the progress.
