Hode over Vann has placed an order for a SeaRanger system for the Geilo Red Cross to strengthen their water rescue capabilities.

Hode over Vann, the Norwegian distributor for Safe at Sea, has sold a SeaRanger system to the Red Cross in Geilo. The Geilo Red Cross operates in fjord areas and is now enhancing its water rescue fleet with this addition.

SeaRanger is Safe at Sea's largest boat system and was developed in close cooperation with the South African Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI). The system is specifically designed to handle demanding conditions and is known for its high buoyancy, stability in rough waters, and excellent maneuverability.

"It's great to see that the Norwegian Red Cross has also recognized the value of our SeaRanger platform. We are confident that it will be a valuable asset to their operations," says Lukas Brehm, Vice President at Safe at Sea.

Delivery is scheduled for Q3 2025. The order value is approximately SEK 500,000.
