The increase corresponds to a percentage increase from approximately 36% to 36,5% in NSG, and payment will be made in cash. The total investment amount is approximately SEK 2,3 million.</div>Astor Group has entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 195,000 existing shares in the associated company Nordic Shield Group AB. The acquisition of shares is conditional upon no other shareholder in NSG exercising their pre-emptive rights to increase their ownership.
