Seamless Distribution Systems AB (SDS) announces that Jens Ålander will step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 1 November 2026. Marine Sigot, currently Head of Finance at SDS, will assume the position of Interim CFO on the same date.

Marine Sigot has served as Head of Finance at SDS since February 2026 and brings more than 15 years of experience in senior finance positions, including experience in the telecommunications industry. Her extensive financial expertise, industry knowledge and familiarity with SDS's operations provide a strong foundation for continuity in the company's financial leadership.

Jens Ålander will take up his new position as Interim CFO at Westpay on 1 November 2026. Following his departure from the CFO role at SDS, Jens will continue to support the company during the transition period until 19 January 2027 to facilitate an orderly handover.

During his tenure, Jens has played a key role in SDS's financial and operational transformation. His dedication and contributions to the company's restructuring, cost optimization and strategic direction have helped establish a solid foundation for scalable and profitable growth.

"I would like to sincerely thank Jens for his outstanding dedication and hard work during an important period in SDS's development. His contributions have been instrumental in strengthening our financial structure and creating the foundation for our next phase of scalable growth. I am also very pleased that Marine is taking on the role of Interim CFO. With her extensive financial experience, knowledge of the telecom industry and understanding of SDS, we are confident in a smooth transition and continued strong financial leadership. We wish Jens every success in his new role," says Martin Schedin, CEO of Seamless Distribution Systems.
