KGaA (Henkel) have reached a principal agreement to mutually explore a partnership regarding Smart High Tech's thermal interface material technology (GT-TIM®). We firmly believe that with Smart High Tech's cutting-edge technology and Henkel's extensive customer experience, deep application expertise, and expansive sales network, we will be able to significantly accelerate the introduction and adoption of our GT-TIM® technology. This promising collaboration is currently being finalized. We are excited about the potential of this partnership to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Collaboration with Thermal Grizzly will continue as before.
