SignUp Software AB (publ) (”SignUp” or the ”Company”) has announced through a press release on 12 May 2023 that the Company has applied for delisting of the Company’s share from Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Nasdaq has now approved SignUp’s application on delisting and resolved that the last day of trading in the Company’s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be 5 June 2023.
