<div class="mfn-body">Erkan Sen has informed that he, on his own request and with reference to his need to focus more on his family, has decided to leave his position as COO and deputy CEO of Vestum AB (publ) (”Vestum”). Vestum’s Board of Directors has appointed Simon Göthberg, who has been employed as Head of M&amp;A at Vestum since May 2021, as new deputy CEO with effect from today’s date.
