Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has signed a 15-year lease agreement with a Swedish government agency for premises in southern Stockholm, Tullinge. The agreement comprises approximately 6,500 square meters and will have a positive impact on net operating income of approximately SEK 11 million per year. The tenant will take possession of the premises during autumn 2026.

The property is strategically located for logistics, with excellent access to Stockholm and major transport routes. The lease agreement demonstrates the continued strong demand for modern and efficient logistics premises in the Stockholm region.
