Summa Defence Plc estimates that, without new financing or payment arrangements, its current working capital will not be sufficient for the company’s needs over the next 12 months nor for implementing its strategy to the planned extent. Based on the company’s current cash flow forecast, existing working capital is estimated to last for approximately two months, provided that the payment and financing arrangements required in the short term proceed as planned. The company’s liquidity position is currently very tight, and management is engaged in active negotiations to strengthen its financial position.

Right in the headline, it speaks of expanding UAV production in Finland. It’s quite misleading to speak of expanding when the existence of the entire drone production is still a question mark. Other noteworthy phrasing includes:  … opportunities for industrial cooperation in Finland as part of the “Build with Ukraine” initiative. The letter of intent creates a framework for evaluating the possible establishment of production capacity. … focusing particularly on the potential demand from the Ukrainian Armed Forces and allies. The letter of intent is not binding, and no final decisions have been made regarding potential cooperation.  One gets the impression that they wanted to announce something about an agreement that isn’t binding for either party. References to “possibilities” are repeated in the release in an embarrassingly high number of places. It remains to be seen what kind of financial statement will be presented at the general meeting. Could it even be possible that the 168.7 million in goodwill wouldn’t require some kind of write-down if the subsidiaries have started to be weighed down by their debts?

I wonder if that was sarcasm   (And those characters, characters, and it seems this doesn’t even count periods.)
