Oslo, Norway (8 September 2022) - On period from 2 September to 7 September
2022, TGS ASA (TGS) purchased 53,668 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an
average price of NOK 151.6101 per share. Following the purchase TGS owns
358,701 shares, representing 0.309% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in connection with the share repurchase announced on
19 August 2022.
