<div class="abstract"><p>TH1NG has been entrusted with delivering a test facility for individual metering and billing to approximately 400 apartments. The initial value of the deal is estimated to 1 million Swedish kronor.&nbsp;</p></div><p>The purpose of this assignment is to test and evaluate individual metering and billing for the property owner. TH1NG's IoT platform, IoT Open, forms the foundation of the solution within the property, and TH1NG also provides sensors for evaluating measurements and facilitating customer billing.&nbsp;</p><p>The water metering is done by using a sensor mounted externally on water pipes - without any intervention on the actual pipe. Temperature measurement takes place at the apartment level within the property. The sensors for water metering respectively temperature measurement are managed by IoT Open.</p><p>- We are very pleased to have been entrusted with the opportunity of delivering a test for water and temperature measurement. This marks our first delivery to the real estate company - with the potential to become a growing business. The real estate sector is an exciting area where we see great potential, and where we will invest in establishing a strong foothold. Our IoT platform is well-suited for communicating with various sensors and systems, which not only assists property owners with new services but also complements existing solutions to optimize property management, says Klas Westholm, CEO of TH1NG AB.</p>
