Tieto has today cancelled770 000treasury shares in line with the decision on the
share buyback programme, announced on 12 February 2026. The purpose of the share
buyback programme of EUR 150 million is to maintain an efficient capital
structure of the company in line with the company's capital allocation
principles. The company will cancel the repurchased shares on a monthly basis.
The cancellation reduces the total number of shares and votes to 115 480 150.
The cancellation of the shares was registered with the Finnish Trade Register on
1 June 2026, after which the company holds a total of 450 000 treasury shares,
including the shares repurchased by 29 May 2026.
