Tietoevry Corporation publishes the Annual Report 2024, including the Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for the financial year 1 January-31 December 2024. The Sustainability Statement, prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the relevant Finnish legislation, is included as part of the Report by the Board of Directors.

The Annual Report 2024 is available on Tietoevry's website and as an attachment to this release. The company publishes its annual financial statements also in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements, available as an attached xHTML zip file to this release.
