Företaget har 26 anställda som har följt med till Atlas Copco Group som en del av förvärvet.&nbsp; Köpeskillingen uppgår till cirka 16,9 MUSD.SDC har blivit del av divisonen Semiconductor Equipment inom affärsområdet Vakuumteknik.<div></div>
