Toivo Group Oyj, stock exchange release 1 September 2026 at 11:30 a.m
The Board of Directors of Toivo Group Oyj resolved on 24 February 2026 to repurchase the Company's own shares, based on the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 10 April 2025. The programme has now been completed.
During the programme, between 11 March and 28 August 2026, the Company repurchased a total of 400,000 shares at an average price of EUR 0.9524 per share, for a total consideration of EUR 380,968.72. The shares were acquired in public trading on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd at the market price prevailing at the time of purchase, and otherwise than in proportion to the shareholders' existing holdings. The repurchases were financed from the Company's unrestricted equity. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the repurchases and prior to cancellation, the Company holds a total of 920,729 own shares, representing approximately 1.55% of the Company's shares.
The purpose of the share buyback programme is to maintain an efficient capital structure and to improve the return generated to the Company's shareholders.
