Toivo Group Plc ("Toivo") has signed an agreement for the construction of a regional development project worth EUR 2.9 million in Kaitaa, Espoo. The project will include six high-quality semi-detached and detached homes in the highly sought-after Hannusjärvi single-family home area, close to nature and diverse services.
The design of the project is already underway, and advance marketing of the apartments is scheduled to begin in the autumn of 2026. The new homes are designed specifically for families who appreciate comfortable single-family housing, privacy, and an excellent location in Espoo.
