<p><span>TOMRA has today acquired the remaining 20% of Tomra Collection Australia Pty Ltd, an 80% owned subsidiary within TOMRA Group, in accordance with the put/call option in the share purchase agreement between TOMRA and the minority owner. The consideration for the shares amounts to AUD 94 million (approx. EUR 53 million). The purchase price corresponds to the fair market value of the shares, determined by an independent expert nominated jointly by the parties.
