Univid is now pleased to announce that further shareholders representing 11.6% of the issued shares in SEEYOU have accepted the SEA, bringing the total shareholders accepting the SEA to 93.1%. As announced, the SEA is subject to several closing conditions, including that Univid acquires at least 98% of the issued shares in SEEYOU.
