UPDATE REGARDING THE NOMINATION COMMITTEE OF NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB

Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management has informed Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB they are relinquishing their seat on the Nomination Committee.

Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB announced on 11 December 2024 the Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2025 had been formed. Following changes in their shareholding, Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management has informed Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB they are relinquishing their seat.
Nordic Waterproofing's Nomination Committee consists of:

John Cronin representing Kingspan Group PLC, chairman of the Nomination Committee
Anna Sundberg, representing Handelsbanken Fonder

Mats O Paulsson, Chairman of the Board of Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB, is a co-opted member of the Nomination Committee.
In total, the Nomination Committee represents approximately 88.3 percent of the voting rights for all shares in Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB, based on the ownership structure as of 30 December 2024.
