The organization will transition to a more streamlined and operationally focused structure, with direct reporting lines to the CEO.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The purpose of the reorganization is to shorten decision-making processes and further strengthen Valuno’s ability to execute its strategic priorities in a swift and coordinated manner. During the transition period, Peter Liljeroos, Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO, will assume more direct operational responsibility for the business.</p><p>The process of defining the future organizational structure and functional setup has been initiated and will be communicated in due course.
