Sandnes, Norway, 17 February 2025: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will
be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.213 per share for the fourth quarter of 2024, as
of today, 17 February.
With reference to the stock market announcement on 11 February, the Board of Vår
Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.213 per share, NOK
3 028 140 776 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q4 2024. The
dividend will be paid on 25 February in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based
on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 10 February approximately at
1600hrs CET.
