VEI: Veidekke's Swedish subsidiary BRA Bygg awarded major new project

VEIRegulatory press release2026-08-27 13:15
Veidekke's subsidiary BRA Bygg AB has been awarded the design and build contract
for the construction of an 80,000-square-metre facility in Jönköping for
Vectura, with Saab as the long-term tenant. The facility is scheduled for
completion and occupancy in 2029-2030.

The project will be carried out in close collaboration between Vectura, Saab and
Jönköping Municipality. Upon completion, Fastighets AB Balder will acquire a
minority stake in the project.

"We look forward to continue our successful collaboration with Vectura, and
together delivering a new facility for Saab that will contribute to the
development of Jönköping Municipality and Swedish industry," says Jørgen Wiese
Porsmyr, Chairman of the Board of BRA AB.

The new facility, comprising more than 80,000 square metres, will be developed
with high ambitions for sustainability, innovation and functionality to meet
Saab's long-term requirements. The project is being carried out in close
cooperation between Vectura, Saab and Jönköping Municipality and marks Vectura's
first establishment in the municipality.

By agreement between the parties, the total contract value will not be
disclosed. The contract will be included in Veidekke's order book for the third
