Veidekke: Awarded Billion-Contract in Oslo

Veidekke
Hav Eiendom has selected Veidekke to construct the environmentally certified
commercial building Fiskebrygga in central Oslo. The design-and-build contract
on the west side of Bjørvika is valued at NOK 1.05 billion excluding VAT.

"We greatly appreciate the trust placed in us and are very thankful for the
assignment. This project allows us to contribute to important urban renewal by
bringing life to an area that is currently used for parking cars and buses. We
also highly value the project's strong sustainability requirements," says Jimmy
Bengtsson, CEO of Veidekke.

Fiskebrygga will become one of the city's most attractive office locations, with
a central position on Bjørvika's western waterfront. Featuring food and beverage
services on the ground floor and space for up to 1,500 workplaces, the building
will help tie Bjørvika more closely to Vippetangen and Kvadraturen. The ambition
is to transform an uninviting and inaccessible area into a pleasant place for
people who live, work, and visit Bjørvika.

"In selecting a contractor, we have placed considerable emphasis on project
understanding, quality, and sustainability. Veidekke has demonstrated that they
understand our ambitions and have the approach required to realise Fiskebrygga.
For Hav Eiendom, this is an important project in the continued development of
the Fjord City," says Kjell Kalland, CEO of Hav Eiendom.

The building will comprise approximately 28,500 m² across seven floors and a
basement. The ground floor will house customer-facing commercial spaces and
reception areas, while floors two through seven will contain office space. The
project aims for BREEAM-NOR v6 Excellent certification and will be constructed
in accordance with the criteria of the EU Taxonomy.

Construction work will begin in November, with planned completion in autumn
2028. Read more about the project

The contract will be included in Veidekke's order book for the first quarter of
2026.
