announced on 10 March 2025.
Date on which the repurchase programme was announced: 10 March 2025
The duration of the repurchase programme: The buyback programme is planned to be
finalised between 15 August 2025 and 3 November 2025.
Size of the repurchase programme: The purchases will be split 50/50 in nominal
terms between A and B shares, buying up to NOK 1 billion for each of the share
classes.
For the period 6 until 12 May 2025, Vend Marketplaces has purchased a total of
37,000 own A-shares at an average price of NOK 328.8035 per share, and a total
of 39,000 own B-shares at an average price of NOK 313.1381 per share.

Following the transactions above, Vend Marketplaces has bought back a total of
1,898,000 shares with a transaction value of approx. NOK 552,696,790 under the
buyback programme.
The issuer's holding of own shares:
Following the completion of the above transactions, Vend Marketplaces owns a
total of 3,850,219 own A-shares, and a total of 4,263,206 own B-shares,
corresponding to 3.47% of total issued shares in Vend Marketplaces.
