[image]Press release30 November 2021Volvo Car AB today issues a notice of early redemption in respect of two of bonds, both guaranteed by Volvo Car Corporation:<ul><li>SEK 2.5 billion Senior Floating Rate Note, due 7 March 2022 (XS1530953618)</li><li>SEK 0.5 billion 2.5% Senior Fixed Rate Note, due 7 March 2022 (XS1530953881)</li></ul>Volvo Cars AB hereby notifies the holders of the above-mentioned bonds that it intends to redeem them on 10 December 2021 at a price equal to 100 per cent of the principal amount, together with any accrued and unpaid interest.
