Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) makes yet another partial repayment of its outstanding senior secured bonds 2024/2027 in accordance with the bond terms and conditions
Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (the “Company”) issued senior secured green bonds in an amount of SEK 400,000,000 with a tenor of 3 years on 27 September 2024 (the “Bonds”). In accordance with section 13.5 of the terms and conditions for the Bonds (the “Terms and Conditions”), the Company shall under certain circumstances and on certain conditions following a sale of specific assets during a specified time period, partially repay the Bonds in an amount equal to the net proceeds generated from such sales (rounded down) pro rata to the holders of the Bonds at a price equal to 104.00 per cent. of the nominal amount of the Bonds.
Today the Company announces that it during the relevant time period has sold additional relevant assets in the SPV structure and therefore on the next interest payment date, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, will make a partial redemption of Bonds pro rata to the persons who are registered as owners of Bonds at the end of business on 22 September 2025 (the record date) in an aggregate amount of SEK 96,000,000, which entail (given a price of 104.00 per cent of the nominal amount) an amortisation on the outstanding nominal amount for the Bonds in a total amount of SEK 99,840 000.
Following the partial repayment described above, the total amount repaid now amounts to SEK 192,000,000, which means that green bonds with a nominal value of SEK 208,000 000 remain outstanding.
