Webrock Ventures Board Member Resigns at Own Request

Webrock Ventures AB (Nasdaq First North: WRV), the venture studio that launches and builds companies in Brazil together with successful Swedish tech companies, announces today that a board member has resigned at his own request.

According to Webrock’s Articles of Association, the Board shall consist of no fewer than three and no more than eight members. Following the resignation of Ola Åstradsson, the Board will consist of two members and will therefore not meet the requirements set forth in the Articles of Association. New board member will be elected at the planned Extraordinary General Meeting on October 23 2025.
