The project’s value is approximately 7 million euros. Construction started in November 2025 and the property is scheduled for completion in November 2026. The apartment building, located in the Kerttula area of Raisio, has a residential area of nearly 2,000 square meters. The apartments in Raision Taimi range from 36.5 to 81.5 square meters, and one can choose from various floor plans, from two-room apartments to four-room apartments. Bright landscape windows offer views of the surrounding nature, bringing nature into everyday life. The apartments are flexibly designed to meet various life situations and needs. Over the past year, YIT has commenced construction of a total of 441 new YIT Homes in 10 housing companies in Finland, including Asunto Oy Raision Taimi.

Here are Ate’s comments on YIT’s massive project in Turku.   YIT announced on Friday that it had signed implementation agreements with the City of Turku for the Kupittaa kärki partnership project. The total value of the project for YIT is approximately EUR 150 million, and construction will begin as early as the start of 2026. The complex also includes office and residential building rights, which will enable YIT to implement self-developed projects in the area in the future.

The building can be handed over to the City of Helsinki already at the end of September 2026, meaning the city will get access to the new premises potentially more than 400 days earlier than planned. A renovated access route to the metro station and Kamppi shopping centre will be opened through the new building.  The Health and Wellbeing Centre will open in spring 2027, once the city has prepared the premises to receive staff and customers.

The project begins with a development phase and will be implemented as a collaborative project management contract. The estimated total value of the construction contract for YIT, aiming for the implementation phase after the development phase, is approximately 87 million euros. The value of the contract will be specified during the development phase. The development phase will commence in November 2025 and is estimated to last until August 2026. At the end of the development phase, a decision will be made on proceeding to the implementation phase, which will last approximately three years.

<div class="abstract"><p>YIT Corporation Stock Exchange Release April 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.</p></div><h2>Conveyance of YIT Corporation's own shares under YIT's share-based incentive program</h2><p>The Board of Directors of YIT Corporation has on 28 April 2025 decided on a directed share issue for the reward payment from the 2022-2024 earning period under YIT Group's Incentive Program.</p><p>In the share issue, a maximum of 71,957 YIT Corporation shares will be issued and conveyed without consideration to the key persons participating in the incentive program according to the terms and conditions of the YIT Incentive Program. As the company will use its treasury shares for the reward payments, the total number of shares of the company will not change.</p><p>The share-based incentive program and its terms decided by YIT's Board of Directors were disclosed in more detail in a Stock Exchange Release published on 17 March 2020. The purpose of the program is to support the company's strategy and to increase the company's value supplement to existing incentive programs. Rewards will be paid to maximum 99 people belonging to the company's management and personnel for the 2022-2024 earning period.</p><p>The decision on the directed share issue is based on the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 3 April 2025.
