When looking at the average volume of the previous 20 days on 12.3.2026, the average volume is 1,805 shares, 25% of which is 451. Lago always subtracts one share from the amount to be safe. The share buyback window is open when the purchase does not have an upward effect on the price.”

Google’s summary at least refers directly to daily trading volume. "Other restrictions related to buybacks:  Volume restrictions: Buybacks often have volume limits, meaning the company may not buy too large a share of the daily volume (e.g., often a max of 25% of the average daily volume)."  The buyback program has now been running for 18 days. Using the averages for this period, the situation would look as follows: Volume (average 1,368 per day) total: 1,368 * 18 = 24,624  25% Limit: 24,624 * 0.25 = 6,156 Purchased shares: 23,015 - 15,000 = 8,015  Share of volume: 8,015 / 24,624 = 32.5% Any potential Friday purchases are missing from the purchased shares, so the 25% limit is exceeded by some margin. Apparently, the 25% limit might not be strictly mandatory? I wonder where one could get such information confirmed. I don’t believe that First North companies would have any different rules than other marketplaces.

I am linking this announcement of yesterday’s share buyback here; Lago Kapital, authorized by Inderes, has so far purchased 8,015 shares, whereas the company previously held 15,000 shares. The authorization in the buyback program is up to 70,000 shares: Inderes Oyj: OMIEN OSAKKEIDEN HANKINTA 12.3.2026 Does First North have different rules regarding how much share buybacks can represent of the average daily trading volume!? Yesterday, the total trading volume of the share was 500 shares, of which Lago’s share was 450, and on many other days, those purchases have been executed as a large percentage of the total volume!?

Inderes Q3 came in below our estimates, which however were not updated after the recent profit warning. Importantly, Inderes keeps its costs wellcontrolled and we find the clear miss in EBITA owing purely to the top line delta. The reason for the softness owes to project revenue which in addition to timing continues to suffer from customers' cost measures. Software remains on growth track and the company sees signs of IPO activity taking the market back to growth.
