In this case as well, it’s likely the company’s weak situation causing the decline in market value, rather than the split. If you believe in the company’s turnaround, then the low valuation is only a good thing. I agree that insider buying by management would be a signal that inspires confidence.

It’s about time for management to make some insider buys if they have any faith at all in their own performance and the company. Ämmälä too. Soon they’ll be doing another reverse split. Totally lost the plot there as well. I don’t think we’d be this low if the stock price was in the cents.

The late start to winter has likely shifted some revenue from Q1 to Q2, and in last year’s Q2 report, it was mentioned that business was taken from another segment when the winter season turned out to be a disappointment.

Tommi has published a new company report on Duell.  Duell’s Q1 report was weaker than expected as revenue fell more sharply than anticipated, leading us to lower our forecasts. Despite the lack of short-term positive price drivers, the risk of a profit warning, and high indebtedness, the medium-term expected return becomes interesting, supported by the depressed valuation. Reflecting the forecast changes, we lower our target price to EUR 3.2 (prev. EUR 3.5), but upgrade our recommendation to Accumulate (prev. Reduce).
