We have made slight downward adjustments to our Q1 forecasts in connection with this preview. We expect a small decline in revenue from an already sluggish comparison period. However, we expect operational profitability to have remained largely at the level of the comparison period, supported by the efficiency measures taken by the company last year. Reported earnings figures will suffer to some extent from one-off items related to, among other things, change negotiations conducted earlier this year. Roni has been quick to write a comment regarding the release above  Etteplan announced that it is initiating change negotiations in its Software and Embedded Solutions service area in Finland. The negotiations cover 336 employees and could lead to a maximum of 40 redundancies and a maximum of 30 temporary layoffs. The measures are driven by a weak market situation and structural changes brought about by AI. The news is not a big surprise considering the service area’s recent weak performance, but the structural changes brought by AI are long-lasting and raise concerns.
