With the insurance, financiers can manage the credit risks of their loan portfolios, and its use increases financiers’ lending capacity. Garantia’s goal is to expand its operations into new markets and develop its product portfolio to meet the needs of international clients. Even though it’s foolish to look for a reason for every stock movement, Taaleri’s move today is quite significant in size, and at least with my skills, I couldn’t find any news..  Is someone just increasing their position, or what’s going on?
