Agillic – Presentation of Q1 2025 results

Agillic expects to report its Q1 2025 results on the 7th of May 2025. The same day at 11:00, Agillic’s management will present the results, update on market conditions, and answer questions in an online live event.

2024 ended with a total ARR of DKK 65.5m (2023: ARR of DKK 70.1m) and a revenue of DKK 60m (2023: DKK 64.7m). Despite a decrease in gross profit of DKK 3.2 million as well as one-time costs for consultancy fees and severance costs of total DKK 3.1 million, 2024 EBITDA ended positively at DKK 1.0 million (2023: DKK 1.9 million).

For 2025, Agillic expects revenue in the range of DKK 60-63m and an EBITDA of DKK 5-8m. ARR from subscriptions is expected to grow to DKK 56-60m.

Besides the financial Q1 2025 results and how they track vs. the full year guidance, the focus could be on comments regarding the progress of the new strategy. A strategy, which includes a more focused marketing strategy, focusing on the Nordic markets, and ambitions to speed up product releases.
