MapsPeople – Capital raise

MapsPeople has announced a rights issue with gross proceeds of approx. DKK 36m, offering 18,012,589 new shares for a subscription price of DKK 2.00 per 1 new share. MapsPeople has secured gross proceeds of at least DKK 34.8m (96.46% of the total offer) through four guarantee commitments and irrevocable subscription undertakings from existing shareholders.
The trading period for the pre-emptive rights commences on 15 August 2024 at 09:00 a.m. and will close on 28 August 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The subscription period for new shares by exercising pre-emptive rights commences on 19 August 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and will close on 30 August 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
MapsPeople’s CEO Morten Brøgger and CFO Christian Læsø will present the details around the rights issue and the background for the offering in an online live event on Thursday 15 August at 13:00. The management presentation will be followed by a Q&A session where you can ask your questions.
