Penneo - Presentation of Half-Year report 2022 24.08.2022

Penneo is expected to announce its half-year results for 2022 on Wednesday the 24 August 2022. On the same day at 2:00 PM, you can meet and ask questions to the company’s CEO Christian Stendevad, and CFO Casper Christiansen, who will present the results in a virtual live event.
The recent development in SaaS metrics is expected to draw attention, including the recent churn rate and uplift. In particular, the uplift from Penneo’s KYC solution will be interesting since the company in Q1 2022 reprioritized parts of the sales organization from focusing on newbizz on its Sign solution to upselling its KYC solution. Additionally, an update on the ARR development in foreign markets will shed light on Penneo’s execution of the expansion strategy. The company completed a private placement earlier this year, resulting in net proceeds of DKK 59 million. As a result, Penneo now has financial flexibility and expects to intensify investments in long-term ARR growth. In the Q1 2022 report, this led to a downgrade in EBITDA expectations for the full-year 2022 from the interval DKK -10 million to -5 million to the interval DKK -20 million to -15 million. ARR guidance of DKK 77-82 million at the end of 2022 (40-49% growth) was maintained.
