<p>Summa Defence Plc invites institutional investors, analysts, and media representatives to its first Capital Markets Day on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, starting at 8:15 a.m. The official program begins at 8:45 a.m. and will be held in connection with the Nordic Business Forum at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, Meeting Wing Room 208, Rautatiel&#xe4;isenkatu 3, 00521 Helsinki.</p>
<p>During the event, Summa Defence will present its updated strategy and provide a more detailed overview of its subsidiaries, with presentations by the companies&#x2019; Managing Directors. The event will also feature General (ret.) Ben Hodges, former Commander of U.S. Army Europe and a speaker at the Nordic Business Forum. He will be interviewed by Summa Defence&#x2019;s Chairman of the Board, Lieutenant General (ret.) Arto R&#xe4;ty.</p>
