WindowMaster – Presentation of Full-Year 2025 Results

WindowMaster is set to release its full-year 2025 financial report on March 25, 2026. The following day, on March 26 at 11:00 CET, investors will have the opportunity to meet the company's management, who will provide insights into the financial results, discuss market trends, order intake, and expectations for 2026, and take questions in a live Q&A session.

Following a record year in 2024, WindowMaster navigated a more challenging market environment in 2025. While revenue did not grow year-on-year, the company delivered improved margins driven by a favorable shift in sales mix, with projects and services accounting for a larger share. Strong execution of the "Accelerate Core" strategy supported operating leverage across all markets. In mid-January 2026, the company raised its 2025 guidance for the second time, citing a strong end to the year across markets. WindowMaster now expects FY 2025 revenue in the range of DKK 269–270 million with EBITDA of DKK 26.5–27.5 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 9.9–10.2%. It should be noted that 2025 results were impacted by non-recurring costs of approximately DKK 3.5–4.0 million.

Looking ahead, WindowMaster has provided strong guidance for 2026, signaling a clear inflection in profitability. The company expects revenue in the range of DKK 290–310 million with EBITDA of DKK 45–55 million, approaching its strategic targets of 10–15% annual revenue growth and a profit before tax margin above 10%.

In addition to the full-year 2025 financial results, focus may also be directed toward drivers of the improved 2026 outlook, the trajectory of order intake and project pipeline, balance sheet and potential distributions to shareholders, and management's assessment of market conditions in Europe and North America.
