Enento’s Q3 performance was largely in line with our expectations. Regarding the outlook, the company noted preliminary signs of improvement but also mentioned new regulatory threats in Finland as a downside.

We expect low, currency-driven growth in revenue and operating result to remain roughly the same as in the soft comparison period.

On Tuesday, Enento arranged a pre-silent period analyst call. As far as we could see, the call did not provide any significantly new information. The economic environment in the company's operating countries, Finland and Sweden, has remained sluggish, putting pressure on the company's growth and profitability outlook.

Enento's share price has continued to decline significantly following its weak Q2 results. The economic development in Enento's target markets has remained subdued, and we do not see any significant changes in the short-term outlook.

Enento's Q2 result fell short of our forecasts. The outlook shows signs of stabilization, but no real signs of recovery are yet visible. We believe this is also signaled by the removal of the timeframe for the financial targets.
