If this is even remotely true, then KH Group’s board has destroyed shareholder value to a historic extent in this company. This can’t be true, can it? And if it is, then how can there be any trust in the future that KH Koneet and NRG will maximize shareholder value?

This is indeed a strange case, if Sukari’s statements are to be believed at all. A year ago, Sukari said he offered just under €20 million and that negotiations had continued several times since. He says he was ready to shake hands on the deal, but they couldn’t close it. Toivo mentions...
