The head office is located in Copenhagen.

Swiss Properties Invest has released its financial report for the first half of 2026 this morning, showing growth in both revenue and earnings compared to the same period last year. The company owns nine commercial real estate properties in Switzerland through its subsidiary Swiss Properties Invest AG, and revenue consists of rental income from this portfolio.
