Change in Alisa Bank’s Management Team
ALISA BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 26.3.2026 AT 16:30 EET
Master of Laws (LL.M.), MBA Marko Ahola has been appointed as a Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and a member of the management team of Alisa Bank Plc. He will assume his position on April 1, 2026, and will report to the CEO of the company.
Ahola has extensive experience in expert, management, and consulting roles in risk management and regulatory compliance across several financial sector companies. His background brings strong expertise in the overall framework of banking risk management and regulatory requirements, as well as in the development and implementation of related processes.
The appointment is subject to approval by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
The current Chief Risk Officer and member of the management team, Essi Salmela, has announced that she will leave her position in the company. Salmela will continue in her role until April 30, 2026, supporting the transition, and will serve as a member of the management team until March 31, 2026.
