Here are Frans’s comments on IH’s new targets   On Monday, Investors House’s Board of Directors announced the company’s strategic targets for 2026–2028. As before, the company aims to maintain an equity ratio of at least 45% and achieve profitability that enables the continuous growth of the dividend per share from last spring’s level of EUR 0.37. At first glance, we consider the profitability target to be very ambitious, as the company’s equity has halved following the giant dividend distribution, while its earnings level has simultaneously declined clearly. In our view, achieving the target will require successful development projects or balance sheet realizations and the distribution of liberated funds to shareholders. The release does not prompt immediate changes to our forecasts for the coming years. Here is Frans’s company report based on IH’s Q2 results   Investors House’s Q2 report was, in the big picture, in line with our expectations. As expected, revenue and profit fell significantly, driven by the major sale of a real estate entity. However, the absolute low profit slightly exceeded our expectations. This year is a year of structural change for the company, following the sale of the fund business and the cancellation of the demerger plan. The company is planning growth investments in both segments for the end of this year/next year, and their success is at the heart of the investment story. We are lowering our target price to 3.3 euros, driven by the large dividends distributed this year relative to earnings, and we reiterate our “reduce” recommendation. Here are Frans’s quick comments on IH’s Q2 results.   On Tuesday morning, Investors House released its Q2 report, which was in line with our expectations. Revenue declined sharply as expected, which was significantly due to a smaller real estate portfolio compared to the comparison period. However, net operating income slightly exceeded our forecasts, driven by a clearly improved profit level in the services business. Overall, the profit performance for the review period was in line with our expectations, and the company continues to implement structural changes during the current transition year under the leadership of the new CEO. The report did not offer any major surprises, and we do not see a need for significant forecast changes.
