Netum delivers the Spark course feedback system to LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences

Netum has won the tender to deliver a course feedback system for LUT University (LUT) and LAB University of Applied Sciences (LAB). The goal of the procurement is to implement a user-centred system that flexibly serves user needs and seamlessly supports the universities’ feedback collection practices and processes.

The procurement concerns a user-centred course feedback system connected to the online learning environment, designed to support teaching, the development of teaching, and the universities’ quality systems and quality culture. The system will be procured and implemented through a joint tender conducted by the universities. The course feedback system must also support organisation-specific needs and requirements.

Giving feedback must be easy and effortless for the student. The preparation and reporting of feedback surveys must be flexible and adaptable to the organisation's changing needs.

The Spark course feedback system, to be delivered to LAB and LUT, is a SaaS-based solution developed by Netum’s Products business unit and will be integrated into the customer’s learning environments. Spark is designed for easy integration with various backend systems and focuses on automation, ease of use, accessibility, device independence, and smooth integration and deployment.

“The education sector is one of our key focus areas, and our products already serve hundreds of thousands of users across more than 70 universities and upper-secondary schools. We are proud and honoured that our position as a digitalisation partner in the education sector continues to strengthen, allowing us to continue this highly meaningful work,” comments Repe Harmanen, CEO of Netum Group Plc.

The joint procurement has two phases: in the first phase, procurement and implementation will be carried out at LAB University of Applied Sciences, and in the second phase at LUT University.

The tendering process was based on an open procurement procedure.
