ROBIT PLC'S GROUP CFO ARI SUOKAS TO ACT AS INTERIM GROUP CEO AS OF 1 DECEMBER 2026
Robit Plc’s Board of Directors and Group CEO Mikko Kuusilehto have agreed that Kuusilehto will leave the company on 30 November 2026, prior to the end of his six-month notice period. The company announced Kuusilehto's decision to pursue new opportunities outside Robit on 11 June 2026.
Robit Plc’s Board of Directors has decided that the company's Group CFO, Ari Suokas, will act as Interim Group CEO as of 1 December 2026 until further notice.
The recruitment process for a new Group CEO is ongoing, and the company will announce the appointment separately.
